EasyWireTemp - the All-in-One solution

The EasyWireTemp is the latest development from lune CHF GmbH and combines controller and measurement head in one unit.

The compact all-in-one solution offers an unbeatable price-performance ratio.

Our measurement system of the "EasyWireTemp" series allow a precise, non-contact temperature measurement on wire, cable, metallic conductors, optical fibers, etc.

Independent of the material (all metals and all non-metallic materials) and independent of the surface finish (high gloss, matt, coated etc.).

Equipped with a 3.5" display, the EasyWireTemp system allows to readout the measured temperature value and operate the system on site.

In addition to on site management the temperature value can be transferred and displayed via the integrated interfaces (RS422, IPC, Analog) into a customer-specific control system (e.g. conductor preheating device).

The IPC interface also allows operating the system via a “CHE8000-EPC2” unit or our “lune Connect” software on a Windows 10 PC.

The EasyWireTemp system is equipped with a WTLS measurement head.

Like our standard WTLS, it is provided with a hinged cover and a continuous slot to simplify the change of the passing wire in-line.

Four of our largest lune heatflow sensors guarantee high precision in non-contact temperature measurement and perfect control of the conductor preheating.

Line speeds of up to 600 m/min (1968 ft/min) are covered as standard.

Should it be even faster? With the aid of our optionally available Range Extender (to calm the airflow at high line speeds) the EasyWireTemp system measures with the usual precision even at significant higher line speeds.
