Wiretemp - the top performer

Our measurement heads of the "Wiretemp" series allow a precise, non-contact temperature measurement on wire, cable, metallic conductors, optical fibers, etc.

Independent of the material (all metals and all non-metallic materials) and independent of the surface finish (high gloss, matt, coated etc.).

Due to its closed design and high sensor equipment the WT is very resistant to external influences.

This leads to maximum precision at very high line speeds of up to 2500 m/min (8202 ft/min).

A total of eight lune Heatflow sensors lead to the fastest and most precise temperature measurement of the lune CHF GmbH and allow perfect control of the conductor preheating.

Temperature deviations are detected and communicated to the process control within milliseconds.

No calibration of the sensor is required. The head works reliably and wear-free in any production line - Plug & Play.

The WT is available in four versions for different wire diameters:

• WT-0075-1250 (0.075 mm - 1.25 mm / 0.00295” - 0.0492”)
• WT-0300-2300 (0.3 mm - 2.3 mm / 0.0118” - 0.0905”)
• WT-2000-5000 (2.0 mm - 5.0 mm / 0.0787” - 0.1969”)
• WT-4000-7000 (4.0 mm - 7.0 mm / 0.1575” - 0.2756”)

You are welcome to use our optional XY-stand to install the measurement head in your production line.
