Fibertemp Textil - Temperature Measurement of textile fibers

Our measurement heads of the "Fibertemp Textil" series allow precise, non-contact temperature measurement of textile and technical fibers, independent of material, surface condition and emission.

Fibertemp Textil measurement heads combine high performance and easy handling, as well as a very compact design with an overall width of only 45mm - ideally suited for confined spaces.

The gauge head is slotted throughout. This makes the integration of the Fibertemp Textil into a production line very easy. Fiber changes during production are possible without any problems.

With the help of two lune Heatflow sensors, high precision is achieved in non-contact temperature measurement. This is the foundation for effective process control and monitoring. Temperature deviations are detected within milliseconds and communicated to the control system. Calibration of the sensor is not required. It works reliably and wear-free in any production line - plug & play. Designed for precise temperature measurement of textile and technical fibers at line speeds of up to 6500 m/min.

The Fibertemp Textil is suitable for fiber thicknesses from 10 to 20000 denier (0.075 mm 1.00 mm).

You are welcome to use our optionally available XY stand to install the measuring head in your production line.
