Special applications and special solutions
Lune CHF is based on a special measuring method. The so-called Convective-Heat-Flow method uses the physical laws of heat flow. The temperature of a measurement object is therefore not determined by infrared measurement or tactile. This method is superior in many applications and makes lune the first choice for non-contact temperature measurement in various fields.
By measuring via heat flow, many critical parameters are eliminated. For example, the material and its emissivity is not important. The temperature of bare metals can be determined as precisely as the temperature of plastics, polymers, ceramic materials, etc. Surface structure, color, degree of gloss - all these parameters become meaningless by the special lune procedure.
In many applications the lune systems have advantages over the infrared method.
